Abstract :
The traditional hemagglutination techniques frequently use centrifugation and mechanical suspension. The advantage of these processes is the acceleration of the reactions, however they present the inconvenience of making complete automatisation of these tests difficult especially when microplaques are used. Our study demonstrates the force of the ultrasonic radiation created in an atmosphere of suspension and is susceptible to replacing all mechanical movements.
