Abstract
A parameter clustering approach has been developed to register sets of 3D MRI, PET, and SPECT images. Experiments have demonstrated the validity of the approach. In addition, by adjusting the clustering criterion, this clustering approach can build up a link between the least squares fitting and the Hough transform approach in the application of 3D image registration.
