  • Abstract
In this paper, an information acquisition system based on a kind of attitude sensor is presented, which can analyze the technique characteristics of freestyle skiing aerials. The system consists of four modules and can acquire the kinematical parameters such as acceleration, angular velocity in time; also we can get other parameters through designed algorithms such as velocity, angular acceleration and angle during the motion process. Moreover, the data is displayed in the form of two-dimension curves. This system makes up the deficiencies of video analysis system, though it is the main method used in athletes´ motion analysis. From he experimental we can see that the system can obtain the athletes´ motion information accurately, which can help coaches find the strengths and weaknesses of the athletes´ actions so as to get the training more efficiently.
