Abstract :
We proposed a new time-domain based method, sensitivity approach, for computing steady state response of nonlinear oscillators, which are described mathematically by a nonlinear state space model. In this manner we avoid directly solving of nonlinear ordinary differential equations by discretization or linearization which can lead to low accuracy in resulted response. This approach is very easy to use and only requires solving a sequence of linear differential equations. A test system is used to illustrate the efficiency of proposed methodology.
