Abstract
This article focuses on the design of miniaturized broadband planar feeding systems for circularly polarized antennas. Four probe antenna geometries have been selected to achieve high bandwidth and axial ratio beamwidth (AR <; 3 dB). The required feeding circuits include one input and four outputs having equal magnitude and 90° phase difference. The performance of the planar circuits as well as the overall antenna systems is presented. Bandwidths in the range of 30% to 50% are demonstrated.
