Abstract :
On examples of Decembers 1999-2008 and the path of Inskip-Rome it is shown that using the global maps of TEC and the median equivalent thickness of the ionosphere allows to study the qualitative picture of the behavior of the parameters foF2 and MUF, as well as fill in the gaps of these data to obtain statistically significant series of observations.
