Abstract :
A novel approach for profile reconstruction using a Sources Reconstruction Method is presented. The idea is the calculation of the fields radiated by the reconstructed equivalent currents inside the currents domain. Profile reconstruction accuracy is improved by combining multiple incidences and frequencies. The main advantage with respect to inverse source-based techniques is the computational cost reduction, as the equivalent currents domain is reduced to a contour enclosing the area-under-study.
