Abstract :
In this paper, two novel circular and rectangular ultra-wideband (UWB) antennas are presented. These antennas are investigated for performance characteristics in free space, on-body, and in-body antenna system configurations. Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of these two designs for in-body wireless communication and medical imaging applications.
