Abstract :
This paper presents a new dielectric lens antenna configuration, intended to feed a quasi optical imaging reflector system. The required beam scan stipulates a -3dB beam overlapping after the reflector, with virtual foci placed 2λ apart. The system´s feed is formed by a 5 pixels array, allowing a maximum scanning angle of α = ±0.36° in elevation, while a mechanical rotation of the reflector produces an azimuth scan.
