Abstract :
Regarding the adsorption tower in the process of adsorption as a research object, based on the characteristics of gas flow and heat transfer in the process of adsorption, the mathematical model was established in the process of adsorption according to the theories of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer. Through numerical solution, the changes of temperature, pressure and adsorption capacity in adsorption tower were proceeded analog computation in the process of adsorption. The influencing factors of adsorption capacity were analysed. In the process of adsorption, the changes of temperature and adsorption capacity were studied over time, as well as the impacts of exothermic effect on adsorption property were researched, which provided a theoretical basis for practical application.
