Abstract :
The pressure system of the HTHP rheometer is a complex and non-linear system, and it is hard to adjust the parameters with the PID control. An intelligent fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is developed to realize automatic on-line tuning of PID parameters to enhance the control accuracy for pressure control system. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control system has not only a quick speed of response, but also a good robustness.
