Abstract :
This paper studies relations between complex project crisis and risk. Based on feasibility of grid technology in complex project crisis management, it designs a grid system for complex project crisis management which consists of resource layer, middle hardware layer, application service layer and portal layer. It explains the main functions of each level and the entire process of grid service implementation. It puts forward a new method to deal with complex project crisis applying grid technology.
