Abstract :
With the merits of low dark current and high photoelectric conversion efficiency etc., the new quantum effect photo detector has potential for a broad range of applications. By analyzing the structure and principle of CCD detection system, a system of signal extraction, detection and specificity analysis is designed. And real-time test data acquisition is carried out by data transmission via GPIB bus.
