  • Abstract
In a system that collects data for clients from various external participants and makes information for those clients according to some methodology, one of the major difficulties is how to make a unique automated identification of those clients. We provide a solution, presented in this paper, which is based on creation of unique identification number for every client. The mechanism we developed consists of determining the identification keys we used for search and fuzzy logic granulated membership functions for output results. Three ranges of membership functions are developed and according to the area of belonging, output results are generated. Two of these output results has mapped exact action, but for the rest one, the algorithm has to continue. Other solutions are also presented such as, generating unique country id numbers for every company or physical client, or using exception data, or collecting clients´ data every time when the other data is uploaded, or using a Cartesian product with every new record for the clients in the database. Our solution is most automated and most independent and performs as an improvement of other solutions. Advantages and disadvantages of all solutions are presented and as a conclusion, a future work is suggested for some future mechanism that has to be implemented.
