Abstract :
Finding job is one of the uphill tasks after recent recession. Prospects employees are using all the means to find job, which includes from personal reference to classified ads and employer´s Websites to recruiters Websites. In this paper we are proposing a novel approach to find job using Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technology. This paper explores the need of P2P approach in first section. Next section will review the P2P current technologies. Latter section will cover the possibility of proposed CVShare. Finally future work concerning CVShare will be discussed.
