Abstract :
This paper explores Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for successful implementation of the next generation of ePortfolio systems in academic institutions. CSFs are revised, based on the current ePortfolio literature, and updated based on our exploratory field research. In addition, relationship between CSFs and maturity levels is identified and discussed.
