Abstract
Given the importance of the concept of intellectual capital, are some of the models and extensions that define and characterize, and study a possible application to the Public Administration of Uruguay, contemplating the elements of the administration and its environment. Based on a set of indicators of intangible assets are selected those relevant IT-level and map the resulting model. You build a taxonomy that represents the most common needs in the literature and the environment are considered applicable and can be useful in the processes of both IT asset assessment and support decision making for the government.
