This communication is within the scope of a literature review which is being held in a post-doctoral research related to the importance of ICT for senior citizens over 65 years of age. At this point, it is intended to trigger a discussion in order to propose guidelines and proposals for this group of citizens to promote their info-inclusion. To achieve this aim, we present a context that relates the issue of ICT and the elderly passing eventually to a critical discussion with proposals and suggestions are made to allow adequate training for this particular group of citizens aged 65 and over years old.
