Abstract

Daqing service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly, but the competency of the industry needs to be further improved. Based on the effective competency research tool - Diamond Model, the paper analyses Daqing service outsourcing competency from six aspects, including factors of production, demand, related industries, enterprise strategy, structure and competition, opportunity, and government. Then, it puts forward competency improving strategies of establishing industrial strategies, developing diversified international market and increasing the recruitment and training of service outsourcing talents.
