Abstract :
A handset intelligent real-time PID auto-tuner is invented with the existing auto-tuning theory. It is small, easy to take and can save a lot of time for engineers to tune the PID controllers so as to increase efficiency greatly. In this paper, the components of the auto-tuner, hardware and software, and development process is introduced in detail.
