The time-varying demand and price discount inventory model for deteriorating items

Abstract :
Under the condition of the suppliers providing price discount to the retailers, an inventory model with many orders for deteriorating items is established, in which the demand is a function with price and time. Then, we prove the existence of the optimal replenishment policy and design a algorithm to attain the optimal order number and the optimal selling price. At last, the numerical examples are given to verify the validity of the model.
