Abstract :
Based on traditional Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows, after analyzing the characteristics of fresh product distribution and studying on the time-dependent truck running time in urban areas and time-varying temperature in a day, the paper constructed the relevant cost function and established a cold chain Distribution Routing optimization model. A case with sensitivity analysis on main parameters to verify the model´s rationality and feasibility is given. The conclusion of this research provides guidance for carriers on making the optimal shipping decisions such as Vehicle Routing, Vehicle Preparing, Vehicle Scheduling etc.
