Abstract :
Multivariable dynamic matrix control (MDMC) has been widely used in chemical process industry. In this paper, multivariable dynamic model of the first hydrolysis tower is build based on the reaction mechanism, MDMC algorithm with 4 inputs and 4 outputs is also derived and constrained MDMC controller is designed. Simulation results show that, MDMC could improve the dynamic performance and resistance to disturbance, and be good for the production process.
