Abstract :
This article researches the observer design approaches for discrete systems with noises, delayed controls and outputs. An approach to delay-free transformation and a novel observer are presented. First, a discrete system with delays and noises is transformed into a delay-free system in form. Based on the transformed system, a novel reduced-order state observer is proposed for the original system with noises, control delays and outputs delays. Simulation example demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the delay-free transformation and observer design approaches.
