Abstract :
It is necessary to observe the experiment results after culture in biological experiments. Since there are many cells distributed widely in batch cells experiments, it is very difficult to match each cell accurately before and after culture, which causes inconvenience to observe and analyze the experiment results. In this paper, batch cells re-location is studied deeply. As for the unchanged relative positions of cells before and after culture, a multi-resolution re-location method based on configuration of adjacent targets is put forward. In this method, firstly, some cells are selected randomly as the center targets, then groups of adjacent cells are matched based on configuration of adjacent targets; secondly, the relation between cell groups are considered to form the global network structure of cells in multi-resolution. The multi-resolution re-location method can match batch cells in different global fields of view. The experiment results demonstrate that this method has overall matching quality, and the success rate of global matching can reach more than 80%.
