Abstract :
The issues of impulsive control and synchronization of hyperchaotic Chua system are investigated in this paper. Based on the impulsive control theory of dynamical systems, some simple yet less conservative criteria for asymptotical stabilization and synchronization of impulsively controlled hyperchaotic Chua system are established. It is shown that impulses play an important role in making the controlled system asymptotically stable and synchronous. Subsequently, numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control techniques.
