Abstract :
The stabilization is studied for networked control systems with variable sampling period. Considering the network-induced delay that may be larger than one sampling period, the Markov jumping models of the networked control systems, sampling period switched in a finite set, based on multiple state observers and single state observer are constructed. Based on it, the sufficient conditions for stochastic stability are derived for the closed-loop networked control systems based on Markov theory. Furthermore, the controllers are designed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) technology. Simulations are compared to show the efficacy of multiple state observers for networked control systems.
