Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the joint power and carrier allocation problem in cognitive radio networks based on OFDMA. Considering the limit of the throughput for original resource allocation algorithm, we propose the improved framework, in which the secondary user can transmit with a proper power as the primary user is active. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the throughput of the network effectively.
