Abstract :
A new adaptive controller for fault tolerant is proposed in this paper. It is based on the adaptive estimation of fault and Youla controller parametrization. The model reference adaptive control method is employed to design a fault detection model for estimating the actuator fault. Reconfigurable controller is designed by the theory of Youla controller parametrization. The new adaptive controller works in such way that the reconfigurable parameterized matrix in the designed Youla controller is adapted with the estimated fault. The proposed approach is tested in a linear simulation model. Results are to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach.
