Abstract :
Setting traffic lights time reasonably can improve the city traffic smooth. There is a certain relationship between traffic lights time and flow. This paper studies the relationship about traffic flow between the adjacent intersections, proposes a traffic light time model, and designs a real-time traffic light control system by support vector regression. Simulation and experiment showed that the model and control system has a certain value.
