Abstract :
The exponential stability of discrete-time singular switched time-varying delay systems is discussed. Different from the existing result, the considered singular switched systems need not be required that the corresponding singular matrices have the same rank. By using a newly constructed Lyapunov functional and average dwell time scheme, a sufficient condition is derived for the considered system to be regular, causal and exponentially stable. Numerical examples are given to verify that average dwell time is closely related to the singularity of the switched sub-systems, thus sufficiently demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.
