Operation decisions of enterprises with merchant cash advances and demand uncertainty

This paper proposes models to assist enterprises in making production and financing decisions in the presence of demand uncertainty and market imperfection. We develop some optimal conditions on production quantity, price and financing amount. Then the dedicated solution method is given. At last, we employ a numerical example to illustrate how the existence of financial constraints and merchant cash advances affect the production decisions of a small/medium enterprise.
