            Abstract : 
For high-order LTI compartmental systems under leader-follower framework, the problem of graph topology adjustment is dealt with to improve system controllability. Compartmental system is a specific type of dynamical multi-agent system. On the basis of the theoretical foundation provided by the earlier work about controllability improvement of LTI systems represented by matrix pairs, approaches for adjusting the leader-follower and follower-follower communication architectures in compartmental systems are presented respectively.
