            Abstract :
For traffic accident not only causes economic loss, but more importantly loss of people´s lives. Through analysis of 2002-2005 accident data of the TongZhou District, summarized traffic safety issues of Beijing. On this basis, select the Beijing-Tianjin Road, TongShun road, TongMa road, as the three most prominent road for further analysis. The model of principal component analysis has been used to conduct safety evaluation on the three roads, evaluation results showed that the security situation of TongMa road as the worst. Combined with the previous analysis of traffic data, choose DaLuDian district as the final study object. Came to the conclusion that, the safety programs will not affect the normal operation of the traffic flow, what´s more, because the cost of carrying out the safety program is not very high, it´s Appropriate to carry these measures out.
