Abstract :
In order to ensure the purity of distillation products, we need to control the wiped film speed to control the thickness of evaporation film. Thus we could realize automation of multistage molecular distillation. The BP(back propagation) neural network PID adaptive control the wiped film speed of motor is presented. It could satisfy requirements automatic production technology in multistage molecular distillation. Experiment results indicates that the method has higher precision and better dynamic characteristic when it is used in controlling the motor speed in wiped film molecular distillation system.
