Abstract :
To objectively reflect the service quality of each building materials logistics provider, and based on the analysis of the development tendency of operation management of building materials logistics, Fuzzy TOPSIS method is introduced in this paper to establish an evaluation index system of the logistics provider and determine the weight of each evaluation index, which provides an effective decision support way for selection and evaluation of logistics provider.
