Abstract :
Software industry is concerned about the quality of its products, because of this, companies try to adopt quality models. Unfortunately, the adoption of these models is a long, confusing and expensive process. One of the main problems of the adoption is to transfer the knowledge that is generated during this process. Therefore, this paper presents an initiative to solve the knowledge transference problem.
