Abstract :
A new flow-control valve which is used on high pressure common rail system is introduced. The flow-control modeling for physical simulation is made by the software of AMESIM. This paper has done some experiments of common rail pressure-control, and the effects of duty cycle on the common rail pressure-control process are analyzed. The test results showed that common rail pressure could be controlled with high precision(pressure fluctuation Δ P ≤ 3-5%) and better flexibility and satisfy the requirements of diesel engines.
