Abstract :
The grain size is an important quality index of granular materials. The accurate measurement of it has a guiding significance for technical performances and application of subsequent processing. There are many methods of Calculating mineral particle size, but it becomes relatively complicated because of the particles´ irregular shape. The author proposed a new calculation method based on the vertical controlled, which can be get accurate size.
