After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

China´s private enterprises always survive, develop and expand unceasingly in the crisis. Nowadays, the whole world financial crisis provides an exceedingly good opportunity to private enterprises to implement flexible talent absorbing strategy. The core of flexible talent absorbing is not seeking for having, but for use. This kind of mode, to private enterprises, is necessary, moreover possible. If can hold the opportunity well which the crisis brings, reserve human capital, in the development of future, China´s private enterprises will be able to obtain a fast development in a higher platform.
