The goal of this book is to enable the reader to prototype and evaluate actual digital communication systems capable of performing over-the-air wireless data transmission and reception by providing them with firsthand knowledge of the design tradeoffs and issues associated with these systems as well as with a sense of the real-world operational behaviors of these systems. This book consists of nine chapters and three appendixes.
