This paper studies the application of `the Best military action is winning by the strategy´ in teaching and learning, through the application of experimentation, case research and observation to study the blind touch like strategy adopted when blocked the soldier for thinning teaching and learning strategies, its advantage is every teacher can master the whole classes of knowledge tree graph, easy to “class” knowledge generalization, beneficial to the students´ understanding and knowledge migration; `the Best military action is winning by the strategy´ is crystallization of the wisdom of our nation, should carry forward.
