Abstract :
The paper Introduces a large rotary equipment monitoring scheme based on industrial wireless network, according to the equipment characteristics, the design adopts Pan & Tilt and double infrared sensor and can be easily accessed to networks. And it has outstanding function such as stepless scanning of full scope, fixed-point collecting, automatic temperature compensating, automatic tracking doubtable point, promptly fault judging, so it can provide fault early warning timely, taking the place of artificially regular inspection of the state. The scheme has been put into operated for four months with fine effect.
