Abstract :
This paper presents work load factors and management system of postal delivery operation. The proposed work load factors and management for postal delivery operation which consists of delivery sequence sorting, moving, mail delivery, and additional work for mail delivery is based on the number of delivery mail, a kind of mail, moving and delivery environments such as APT, Villa, house area, school/hospital/public building/commercial& business area, and complex building & officetel area. There is also system architecture and user interface for work load management of postal delivery operation which is based on the proposed model in this paper. The management system will be adapted for more relational and efficient work load management of postal delivery operation.
