Abstract
A simple OCT (optical coherence tomography) scheme based on a 4×4 fiber coupler is proposed for the simultaneous measurement of the refractive index and the thickness of optical samples. It used the optical path length difference of interference light to calculate the refractive index and the thickness of the unknown sample.
