Abstract :
Injection-locked Fabry-Perot laser diode (IL-LD) into which a spectrum-sliced broadband light is injected, are analyzed using a time domain modeling. The relative intensity noise and eye diagram characteristics of polarized and unpolarized IL-LDs are compared.
