Abstract :
We have newly developed a high-speed 4×4 SOA switch subsystem using 4-array monolithically-integrated SOA modules and 100/400-GHz interleavers for DWDM systems. We confirmed high-speed switching performance (<; 2.5 ns) with almost no crosstalk for 100 GHz-spaced DWDM signals and an equal optical path latency of less than 1.0 ns deviation.
