In response to global trends and needs of the real economy in recent years, governments in order to improve the country\´s economic output, have launched the cultural and creative industries policy, Taiwan in May 1991, the Government in the "2008 - National Development Plan (2002-2007) ", that" cultural and creative industries", the concept of an active chain to form, to redefine the value of cultural industries, will also be held next year (2010) for the six emerging industries NT $ 42.046 billion yuan budget behind in the Eight areas of the digital content industry, the animation industry is one of key projects, because the animation has a huge economic output, CEPD also estimated output value of Taiwan in 2008, the animation will reach 10 billion yuan, the betting money for the animation industry and to assist development is a key project of national economic policy. In this study, in accordance with national policies for, the animation industry in Taiwan for the exploration of substantive issues and types of research, animation because of its large value and versatility, is the current and future cultural and creative industry one of the most important, but are Taiwan\´s cultural and creative industries policy for the effectiveness of the animation industry specific research and industry trends Taiwanese study of only a handful of animation in the animation industry for the development of cultural industries and policy-related research have considerable urgency, so this study is to explore Taiwan animation in- ustry development process and after the implementation of cultural and creative industries in the animation industry for the impact and effectiveness, and to suggest that Taiwan\´s animation industry for the future strategic policy direction of the trend as a reference basis. Related to this article on the history and literature of national cultural policy, cited the animation at the national policy on culture and national importance, and then sum up the i- pact of Taiwan\´s animation and national policies, and then by questionnaires, in-depth interviews with policy implications and other aspects of the process of confirmation, advantages and disadvantages and make up less than most of the literature, the impact of Taiwan as a complete animation showing the development of national policy, the final attempt was quoted by the Mirror that the historical development of contemporary animation lessons of policy, namely summarized in this article before the study, initiate policy made reference to that: the establishment of central and local agencies to promote animation, traditional animation preservation, economic - and cultural - the spirit of coexistence. The study concludes hope for Taiwan\´s animation development process and after the implementation of the national cultural policy for the impact and effectiveness of the animation industry to make recommendations, and to the Government\´s policy towards Taiwan\´s animation industry, the trend of the future strategy as a reference basis.
