Abstract :
A novel RFID handset based on Mobile Internet Device (MID) is developed in this paper. The design methods of different hardware units are described based on X86 Intel architecture (IA) and modulated function. Further, a software design method was proposed for pressure data process of touch screen. At last, a concrete application is introduced by using fruits and vegetables traceability system supplied to Hong Kong of Shenzhen ports as experimental platform. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed handset.
