Abstract :
Research and Development Bases (R&DB) positioning is an important decision in enterprise´s Global Logistics Management (GLM). This article applied the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to extract the Key Successful Factors (KSFs) for enterprise´s R&DB positioning. Finally, this article suggested five KSFs as: 1. Product Development Ability, 2. Financial Risk Management Ability, 3. Information System Integration Degree, 4. Electronicalizational Level, and 5. Supplier Stability.
